Zcash Price Eyes $900 as Rally Loses Steam
The Zcash price has been on a tear lately, surging by nearly $400 in just a week to reach levels not seen since 2018. The rally, which pushed the price toward the $850-$900 region, has since lost some momentum with a 5% daily decline leaving it around $801.
Despite this recent pullback, technical indicators remain constructive, suggesting that the broader trend remains upward. Moving averages across several timeframes are still bullish, while oscillators are largely neutral, indicating that momentum has cooled enough to allow consolidation.
The derivatives market is also showing elevated positioning, with futures volume reaching $3.55 billion against spot volume of $312 million. This large derivatives presence can amplify price movements when traders are forced to close leveraged positions.
One key question for the current Zcash price prediction is whether it can reclaim its recent highs around $888-$900. If it can, the analysis suggests that $971 could be the next major upside reference.
