Zcash Price Hits $1,021 as Grayscale ETF Fueled Rally Continues
Zcash (ZEC) price surged to a new high of $1,021 on September 4, 2026, just 10 days after Grayscale listed the first U.S. spot Zcash ETF (ZCSH) on NYSE Arca.
The move comes as the asset's hashrate runs at 91% of its all-time high of 27.9 GSol/s, and Bitmain's Z15 Pro ASIC miner earns an estimated $59.09 per day at current prices.
Grayscale's ETF listing is seen as a key catalyst for the price increase, with traders treating Zcash's shielded transfers as a hedge against on-chain surveillance.
ZEC's market capitalization now stands at roughly $16.96 billion, ranking it as the 10th-largest cryptocurrency by market cap.
