Zcash Price Soars Past $1,200 on ETF Demand
Zcash has experienced a significant price surge, reaching $1,220 as institutional interest accelerates. Grayscale's ETF accumulation for ZEC has crossed $500 million in AUM, with over 464,000 ZEC held by the fund.
The ETF demand is adding fuel to an already powerful technical breakout, with the ZEC price climbing more than 50% in recent days and pushing above $1,200. While the ETF has been a major catalyst, the price has exploded aggressively, leaving the question of whether buyers have enough momentum to push the price to new highs or if consolidation comes first.
The price chart shows a clear bullish breakout from the long-standing $650 to $700 resistance, followed by a sharp acceleration toward $1,200. The current price is trading well above its major moving averages and has seen a positive Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD), indicating aggressive buying supporting the rally.
The price is currently holding strongly above the local support at $1,162, leaving $1,435 as the next major resistance level. If buyers can push through that level and hold it, the ZEC price could surpass the psychological mark at $1,500.
