Zcash Speed Boosted by Zakura's Common Libraries

Zakura, a Zcash developer, has released Common, a new set of cryptography and protocol libraries aimed at making Zcash faster. The release brings major speed improvements across proof generation, hashing, and verification.

The update follows the launch of Common, which brings significant speed boosts to the Zcash network. Following this release, Zcash's native token, ZEC, has climbed about 5%, now trading at $838.60.
