The Zcash development team has released a new cryptographic toolkit called Zakura Common that claims to significantly speed up the creation of private transactions on the network.

The toolkit is designed to reduce the time it takes for users to create and verify private transactions, which currently requires a significant amount of computational power.

According to the team, Zakura Common can process private transactions up to 14 times faster on mobile devices and over five times faster on desktop computers compared to previous versions.

The new toolkit does not require any updates to the Zcash protocol itself, allowing wallet developers to integrate it into existing nodes without disrupting the network's operations.
