ZeroStack Flags Financial Uncertainty Amid Steep Token Value Decline
Nasdaq-listed crypto treasury company ZeroStack has raised concerns about its financial stability after warning that there is substantial doubt it can continue operating over the next year.
The assessment marks a sharp reversal from its view just a quarter earlier, highlighting how dependent the company's plan is on staking income and the liquidity of its Zero Gravity (0G) token.
In a recent SEC filing, ZeroStack reported $2.6 million in cash and negative working capital of $600,000 as of June 30, alongside an accumulated deficit of $339.1 million.
