ZILO Unveils Integrated Digital Transfer Agency Platform with Ripple Partnership

UK-based fintech company ZILO has launched an integrated Digital Transfer Agency (DTA) platform that combines traditional mutual fund administration with digital asset functionality.

The platform, which is designed for institutional clients, allows asset managers and fund administrators to run digitally native issuance and traditional fund operations within a single system.

ZILO's partnership with Ripple involves the latter joining as a strategic investor in the company. The collaboration combines ZILO's transfer agency and fund administration capabilities with Ripple's digital capital markets infrastructure built on the XRP Ledger (XRPL).
