Zooz Strategy Suffers Widened Net Loss Amid Falling Revenue
Zooz Strategy, a company listed on EDGAR, reported a significant widening of its net loss for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The net loss increased to USD 46.86 million from USD 7.05 million in the same period last year.
The operating loss also widened to USD 46.88 million from USD 6.85 million. Notably, the company's revenue fell to zero for the period, down from USD 247,000 a year ago.
Zooz Strategy's adoption of Bitcoin as its primary treasury reserve asset in July 2025 may have contributed to these losses. The company repurchased 91,551 ordinary shares for USD 881,000.
