$20 Canadian Bank Note Featuring King Charles III Unveiled Next Week

The Bank of Canada is set to unveil its new vertical $20 Canadian bank note featuring King Charles III, in Ottawa on September 3. The design will have a predominantly green color theme and include an image of King Charles III on the front and the Canadian National Vimy Memorial on the back.

The unveiling event will be hosted by Bank of Canada Governor Tiff Macklem along with special guests at 1 pm ET at the Rogers Centre.

The design process for the new bank note involved several stages, including research and development, design, and production. Enhanced security features were also tested to make them easy to check and hard to counterfeit.
