ABE Posts 47.2% Revenue Growth, Reduced Net Loss for FY2026

Australian Bond Exchange Holdings (ASX:ABE) has reported significant growth in its revenue and reduction in net loss for the fiscal year ending June 2026. The company's Appendix 4E Preliminary Final Report reveals a 47.2% increase in revenue from ordinary activities to $3,553,271, up from $2,413,555 in FY2025.

The net loss after income tax attributable to members decreased to $1,511,920 from $4,163,458 in FY2025. The company also issued 32,735,709 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.03 each in February 2026, raising gross proceeds of $982,071.

Australian Bond Exchange Holdings' involvement in Project Acacia, a collaborative initiative between the Reserve Bank of Australia and the Digital Finance Cooperative Research Centre, is also highlighted in the report. The project aims to explore how digital money innovations can facilitate the growth of Australian wholesale tokenised asset markets.
