AHI Carrier Expands NZ Operations with $Million Investment
AHI Carrier is expanding its operations in New Zealand with a multi-million-dollar investment. The company, which invented modern air conditioning in 1902, aims to strengthen its position in the market by offering energy-efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
The expansion includes upgrading AHI Carrier's Auckland head office, adding new facilities in Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin. In Wellington, a new site will feature warehouse and logistics space, as well as a training center and showroom. In Dunedin, a Totaline store has been added to the local branch, while a new Christchurch hub is set to open.
AHI Carrier's General Manager, Gary Felstead, said: 'As energy costs rise and climate concerns grow, we're committed to helping New Zealand companies reduce their carbon footprint through smart, efficient HVAC&R technologies.'
