Albanian Lek Continues to Weaken Against Major Currencies

Albania is facing a crisis in its foreign exchange rates as the US dollar, euro, and British pound continue to decline in value. The latest data from August 26 shows that one US dollar can be bought for 78.7 lek and sold for 79.7 lek.

The euro has also fallen, with a buying price of 92 lek and a selling price of 92.7 lek. The British pound is currently bought at 107.2 lek and sold at 108.4 lek.

The exchange rates have been steadily declining over the past few days, with the dollar having dropped from 78.6 lek on Sunday to 78.7 lek on Wednesday. The euro has also seen a decline in value, falling from 92.1 lek on Saturday to 92 lek on Wednesday.
