Amazon Raises £4.25 Billion in Sterling-Denominated Notes Across Multiple Maturities

Amazon has completed the sale of £4.25 billion in sterling-denominated notes across multiple maturities, according to a statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The offering included four series: £1.25 billion of 5.200% notes due 2029, £1 billion of 5.550% notes due 2032, £1 billion of 6.250% notes due 2038, and £1 billion of 6.650% notes due 2045.

The sale was conducted under an underwriting agreement dated September 9, 2026, and registered under Amazon's shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed on February 6, 2026.
