AT&T Unveils €2 Billion Euro Bond Sale with Five-Part Offering
AT&T has kick-started a major bond sale, raising at least €2 billion ($2.23 billion) in what is being seen as a significant corporate deal for Europe's primary market.
The company began selling four euro bonds with maturities of four, eight, 12, and 19 years via Bloomberg Terminal, along with a 26-year sterling tranche.
All five tranches are expected to price later today, according to an anonymous person familiar with the matter.
