AUD/CHF Price Action Tipped for Upswing
The AUD/CHF exchange rate has been experiencing volatility in recent sessions. On Monday, it initially pulled back against the Swiss franc but later regained strength. According to Christopher Lewis, a technical analyst at DailyForex, this pair has been in an uptrend for some time, with interest rates favoring the Australian dollar over the Swiss franc.
Lewis suggests buying dips and collecting premiums and swaps daily. He notes that the swap will continue to be a major factor for traders, but questions persist about increased risk appetite due to the Swiss franc's safe-haven status.
The AUD/CHF is targeting levels of 0.5750 and 0.5850, with momentum remaining to the upside. Lewis plans on trading this pair by buying short-term dips and has no interest in shorting due to the Swiss National Bank's desire for a weak Swiss franc.
