AUD/JPY Bulls Eye Breakthrough Past 111.50 Yen Barrier

The AUD/JPY pair saw a significant drop at the start of its Friday session but has since recovered. Traders are on edge due to recent interventions by the Bank of Japan and the US, which have had a knock-on effect on the market.

The initial fall suggested follow-through from previous weakness, but buyers soon entered the market, pushing prices upward. Now, the 111.50 yen level appears to be a short-term barrier for bulls to break through.

If this barrier is overcome, the market may target the 50-day EMA. On the other hand, if the price falls from here, support levels at 110 yen and the 200-day EMA below it could come into play.

The Australian dollar pays interest against the Japanese yen, and a longer-term move upwards could build significant value over time. However, concerns about the Bank of Japan's actions and potential central bank intervention will continue to influence market noise in the coming weeks.
