Bank of England Names New Leaders for Enforcement Committee
The Bank of England has announced new leadership for its Enforcement Decision Making Committee (EDMC), effective August 1, 2026. Nicholas Segal will become chair and Peter King deputy chair, replacing Sir William Blair and Philip Marsden whose terms expired at the end of July 2026.

King is a former Linklaters partner with expertise in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets.
