Belarusian Rubel Depreciates Against Dollar and Yuan
The Belarusian rubel has depreciated against several major currencies at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE) on July 27. The rubel's value dropped to 2.8827 against the US dollar, but climbed to 3.6865 per 100 Russian rubles.
The rubel also lost some ground against the yuan, falling to 4.2572 per 10 yuan. There was no trading in euros on Monday at the BCSE.
This development comes after a week where the rubel strengthened against several currencies, including a 0.46 percent increase against the dollar and a 1.24 percent rise against the euro.
