Belarusian Ruble Weakens Against Major Currencies
The Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange closed trading on August 27, showing an uptrend for some major currencies against the Belarusian ruble.
The dollar rose by 0.98%, or 2.95 kopecks, to 3.0341 rubles.
The euro also increased in value, rising by 0.64%, or 2.25 kopecks, to 3.5279 rubles.
In contrast, the Russian ruble fell by 0.6%, or 2.15 kopecks, with a rate of 3.5617 Belarusian rubles for every 100 Russian rubles.
