BHP Group Ltd has outlined its foreign exchange arrangements for the final dividend payout of 99 U.S. cents per share for the year ended June 30, 2026. The company will pay out this amount on September 23, 2026, to shareholders on the Australian, UK, and South African registers.

According to BHP's announcement, conversion methodologies have been set for Australian dollars (AUD), British pounds (GBP), New Zealand dollars (NZD), and South African rand (ZAR). These rates will be based on the exchange rates around September 4, 2026, which is the record date.

Shareholders in Australia can opt to receive payment in NZD, GBP, or USD instead of AUD. This flexibility aims to accommodate BHP's diverse global investor base while providing transparency over the exchange rates used.
