Bitcoin Volatility Imminent as Warsh Prepares for Jackson Hole
Bitcoin is facing its most volatile macroeconomic event of the year in just four days, according to analyst Crypto Rover. The Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh will deliver his first Jackson Hole address on Friday, August 28.
Crypto Rover believes that a dovish statement from Warsh could propel Bitcoin above $80,000, while a hawkish message would send it back towards $73,000. This aligns with Standard Chartered's long-term target of $100,000 for the end of this year.
BlackRock recently argued that Bitcoin's long-term investment case remains intact despite its 50% decline from October 2025's peak to June's lows. Motley Fool analyst Dominic Basulto agrees, saying investors should adopt a long-term mindset when it comes to Bitcoin.
