The Bank of England has held its interest rates again, maintaining its decision to keep borrowing costs at their current level. This marks the third consecutive Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting where interest rates have been left unchanged.

In a statement released by the bank, it was announced that policymakers have decided not to adjust the base rate from its current 4.75% level. The decision is in line with market expectations and follows a careful assessment of economic data and inflation forecasts.

The Bank of England's Governor, Andrew Bailey, has stated that the MPC will continue to monitor the economy closely and make adjustments as necessary to ensure price stability. With inflation remaining above target, policymakers are keenly aware of the need to balance growth with the need to control prices.
