BoE Holds Key Rate at 3.75%, Cites Iran Conflict Concerns
The Bank of England (BoE) has kept its key interest rate at 3.75% for the fifth time this year, citing a bigger-than-expected drop in inflation rates last month.
This decision was made after policymakers assessed the impact of renewed fighting in Iran on the global economy.
According to the BoE's Monetary Policy Report press conference, the rate remains unchanged at 3.75% for now.
