Bulgaria Tops Eurozone Inflation Rates in SEE with 17.1% Surge
Bulgaria's inflation rate in August was the highest among European Union member states in Southeast Europe, according to flash data released by Eurostat.
The data shows that Bulgaria's inflation rate reached 17.1% in August, surpassing all other countries in the region.
Among eurozone states in Southeast Europe, Bulgaria is followed closely by Croatia and Slovenia, with inflation rates of 14.8% and 12.6%, respectively.
