Bullion markets are preparing for another volatile week as investors await key economic indicators and geopolitical developments.

After a sharp correction last week that wiped out ₹6,000 from gold prices, commodity markets are heading into September with traders bracing for another bout of volatility.

The focus will be on US labour data, including non-farm payroll numbers, as well as inflation figures from major economies and the Eurozone. The Federal Reserve's policy expectations will also play a crucial role in determining gold prices.

Jateen Trivedi, VP Research Analyst - Commodity and Currency at LKP Securities, stated that the coming week is likely to remain highly volatile, with market participants attempting to price in the probability of a September Federal Reserve policy change.
