Bureau Veritas Beats Expectations with Strong H1 Results
Bureau Veritas has reported solid financial results for the first half of 2026, driven by steady organic revenue growth and continued margin expansion. The company's revenue increased by 2.1% year-on-year to EUR 3,258.4 million, with a 5.0% organically.
The adjusted operating profit rose by 3.1% to EUR 506.5 million, representing an adjusted operating margin of 15.5%, up 15 basis points at constant currency. The company's cash flow generation remains strong, with free cash flow increasing by 3.2% organically.
Bureau Veritas is committed to its LEAP | 28 strategy, which aims to deliver double-digit shareholder returns at constant currency in the 2024-2028 period. The company has announced five acquisitions and one major divestment, adding EUR 138 million in annualized revenue and representing a 20% portfolio rotation since the strategy's launch.
