Calgary Lands Rendez-vous Canada's 50th Anniversary Edition in 2027

Calgary will host Rendez-vous Canada's 50th anniversary edition in 2027, marking a significant milestone for the Canadian tourism industry. The event is scheduled to take place from April 28 to May 1, 2027, and will bring together hundreds of international travel buyers and Canadian tourism businesses. According to Destination Canada and Tourism Economics, the Canadian tourism sector is expected to grow by 6% this year, reaching C$140.9 billion (US$101 billion) in revenue.

Travel Alberta, in partnership with Tourism Calgary, Destination Canada, and the Tourism Industry Association of Canada, has announced that Calgary will host Rendez-vous Canada 2027. The event is expected to generate business, strengthen partnerships, and increase visitation from key international markets. Calgary is undergoing significant investment aimed at strengthening its reputation as a leading destination for major events.
