Canada Dollar Rebound Stalls at Key Resistance Levels
The Canadian dollar has made its strongest weekly advance since mid-June after a four-week decline of over 3.6%, breaking a losing streak that had pushed it down.
This rebound still needs follow-through to confirm a significant low and shift the focus back towards trend continuation, rather than just a short-term recovery within a larger trend reversal.
The yearly rising technical structure remains viable as long as USD/CAD stays above key support levels. However, a renewed break lower would undermine this reversal and increase the risk of a larger decline toward the yearly lows.
