Capri Global Capital has successfully raised USD 300 million through its first-ever US Dollar bond issuance. The non-bank lender priced Senior Secured Notes at a coupon of 7.55% per annum, maturing in 2029. This issue saw 2.3 times oversubscriptions across 64 high-quality accounts, with an order book exceeding USD 700 million.

The bond was seen as one of the highest allocations to global real money investors. The transaction was managed by a consortium of global banks including Barclays, Citi, Deutsche Bank, Emirates NBD, and UBS. US-based investors accounted for the largest share of allocations at 49%, followed by Asia at 39% and EMEA at 12%. Asset Managers and Fund Managers accounted for 91% of the allocation.

Commenting on the fundraise, Rajesh Sharma, Managing Director at Capri Global Capital Limited, said, “The strong response from marquee international investors is a validation of our credit strength and business model, allowing us to successfully diversify our funding sources across domestic and global pools of capital.”
