The prime minister is set to deliver remarks and hold a press conference at the summit today, where he will participate in a discussion with Deborah Orida, CEO of PSP Investments, one of Canada's largest pension investors.

On day one of the summit, there were billion-dollar announcements and changes to Canada's tax policy. Investors putting $1 billion or more into Canada's economy will get priority access to a program that offers binding decisions from the Canada Revenue Agency.
