Caroola Tops Apprenticeship Rankings, Leaving Bigger Firms Behind

Caroola Accountancy has been ranked 34th in The Sunday Times Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers list, up from 40th last year. This is the sixth consecutive year the firm has appeared in the rankings.

The North West accountancy and payroll group climbed the ranks from 50th to 34th over the past three years. It now sits above larger organisations like the Bank of England and NHS.

Katie Wild, Accountancy Academy Manager at Caroola, built the firm's in-house Academy from scratch in 2023. Under her leadership, the Academy has supported over 30 learners across AAT, ATT, and ACCA qualifications, achieving an average first-time pass rate of 80%.
