Cuba's Informal Market Sees Stability and Change in U.S. Dollar and Euro Rates
The informal currency market in Cuba has seen stability and change on Monday, July 27. The U.S. dollar remains steady at 674 Cuban pesos (CUP), with a slight increase of 8.5 pesos from last week's rate.
The euro is the standout currency, trading at 788 CUP, up by 3 pesos from yesterday's rate and increasing by 63 pesos compared to 30 days ago.
The Freely Convertible Currency (MLC) has seen a cautious increase, valued at around 494 CUP, although its use is restricted due to limited transactions and physical existence.
