DCM Secures $160 Million Credit Facility with Additional $25 Million for Future Acquisitions

DATA Communications Management Corp. (DCMDF) has secured a $160 million credit facility and an additional $25 million accordion to fund future acquisitions.

The new agreement provides DCM with increased financial flexibility to pursue its growth strategy, which includes acquiring other companies.

The syndicated loan is led by Bank of Montreal as administrative agent and lead arranger, with National Bank of Canada, Royal Bank of Canada, and The Bank of Nova Scotia joining the lending group.
