DCM Secures $160 Million Credit Facility with Canadian Banks

DATA Communications Management Corp., a leading Canadian provider of print and digital solutions, has announced that it has secured a $160 million credit facility through a syndicate of Canadian Schedule I banks. This financing will provide DCM with greater flexibility to execute on its growth strategy.

The credit facilities are being provided by Bank of Montreal as administrative agent and lead arranger, along with National Bank of Canada, Royal Bank of Canada, and The Bank of Nova Scotia.

Richard Kellam, President & Chief Executive Officer of DCM, stated that the successful syndication of their credit facility further strengthens their banking relationships and provides a strong foundation for their strategy of profitable growth.
