The US dollar is drifting near multi-month lows against major peers on Wednesday as Treasury yields ease from recent highs.

Investors are awaiting the release of minutes from the Federal Reserve's latest policy meeting for clues on interest rates, which could influence the path of interest rates.

The euro has inched higher to $1.1577 and is close to a two-month high touched earlier this week, while sterling remains near a three-month high ahead of British inflation data due later today.

A selloff in US Treasuries has paused amid light economic data, with the yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury note declining to 4.702% and that on the 30-year bond falling to 5.282%.
