Dollar Edges Up Amid Tariff Uncertainty

The U.S. dollar experienced a slight uptick in late trading on Friday.

The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, rose by 0.02 percent to 101.468 at 15:00 (1900 GMT).

In New York trading, the euro fell to 1.1370 dollars from 1.1377 dollars in the previous session, and the British pound climbed to 1.3326 dollars from 1.3318 dollars.
