Dollar, Euro, and Yuan Climb on Belarus Stock Exchange
Trading on the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange concluded on August 24, showing mixed results for various currencies. The US dollar posted a slight gain of 0.22% to 2.982 Belarusian rubles. Similarly, the euro rose by 0.22%, reaching 3.4811 Belarusian rubles. In contrast, the Russian ruble experienced a minor decline of 0.11%, falling to 3.5955 Belarusian rubles per 100 rubles.
The Chinese yuan also saw an increase, rising by 0.26% to 4.4517 Belarusian rubles for every ten yuan. These changes in currency values are significant and may have implications for trade and investment within the region.
