Dollar Falls as Base Metals Rise Amid Global Economic Uncertainty
The US dollar index fell by 0.14% to 99.42 on September 3, as the base metals market saw a broad rise in prices.
SHFE copper rose 0.48%, SHFE aluminum increased by 1.43%, and SHFE nickel surged by 2.01%. In contrast, SHFE lead fell by 0.19%.
Gold, silver, platinum, and palladium all saw significant gains in the precious metals market, with COMEX gold up 1.41% and SHFE gold increasing by 2.12%.
