Dollar Prices See Mixed Trading in Iraq
The US dollar experienced mixed trading in Iraq on Thursday, August 27. In Baghdad, the currency closed lower than its morning session, hovering around 153,750 dinars per 100 dollars.
A market survey by Shafaq News found that the dollar traded at 153,800 dinars per 100 dollars in Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya exchange markets. Exchange shops sold the dollar for 154,250 dinars and bought it for 153,250 dinars in the capital.
In contrast, Erbil saw relatively stable trading, with selling prices at 153,750 dinars and buying prices at 153,700 dinars.
