The US dollar experienced a slight drop against the Vietnamese dong on Tuesday morning.

Vietcombank recorded a 0.11% decrease in the value of the dollar, selling it for VND26,330.

In contrast, the black market saw a 0.19% increase in the dollar's value, reaching VND25,970.

Globally, the US dollar struggled to maintain its gains against major peers due to investors' reactions to Washington's expanded Iran-related sanctions and efforts to ease pressure on longer-dated Treasury yields.
