Dollar Weakens Ahead of Fed-BoJ Policy Week
The US Dollar Index (DXY) has dropped by 0.25% to around 101.20, a sign of a risk-on market mood.
S&P500 futures have increased by almost 1% to near 7,485.
Among major currencies, the Japanese Yen is gaining against the US Dollar at the start of the Fed-BoJ policy week.
The Bank of Japan (BoJ) is expected to reiterate that its monetary policy path will remain upward, with 86% of economists predicting a key interest rate increase to 1.25% by the end of Q4.
