Dollar's Softening Fuels Silver Rebound Amid Inflation Fears
Silver's price has rebounded to around $67.50, up 2.64% on Wednesday, as the US Dollar weakens.
The white metal benefits from the dollar's decline, but its recovery is hindered by rising energy prices and inflation concerns, which could lead to higher interest rates in the US.
The US Dollar Index (DXY) fell 0.25% on Wednesday, trading near 98.61, close to its lowest level since August 21.
A weaker dollar tends to support silver, making it cheaper for investors using other currencies.
