Dominican Peso Fluctuates Against Euro Amid Slight Daily Variations

The Central Bank of the Dominican Republic has released the reference prices for buying and selling euros on August 12, 2026.

In the financial sector, the purchase rate closed at RD$65.14, while the sale rate reached RD$69.50.

This represents a slight daily depreciation of the local currency against the euro of between 0.05% and 0.10% compared to the previous day's value.

On the other hand, at Remittance and Exchange Agents, the euro was bought for RD$66.58 and sold for RD$68.40.
