Dominos Pizza Enterprises shares rose more than 4% on Monday, extending a recovery for the Brisbane-based pizza franchisor as investors weigh signs of an operational turnaround alongside ongoing takeover speculation.

The stock traded at $20.93 Australian dollars, up $0.84 or 4.18%, on the Australian Securities Exchange, building on stronger stretch in recent weeks following the release of the company's second-half fiscal 2026 results.

The results showed improved franchisee profitability and cost savings despite overall sales and order volumes declining.

Dominos reported full fiscal-year revenue of $2.05 billion, down 11.19% from $2.30 billion a year earlier, while the company posted a net loss of $134.16 million, a sharp increase from the prior year's loss.
