ECB's Vujcic Sounds Alarm on Unprecedented AI-Fueled Market Valuations
European Central Bank Vice President Boris Vujcic has warned that the current AI-driven asset rally may be prone to correction. In an interview, he noted that market valuations driven by artificial intelligence have reached unprecedented levels, with price-to-earnings and price-to-forward earnings ratios soaring.
Vujcic pointed out that these high valuations are unusual and might not ultimately be justified. He stated that 'they might in the end end up being justified, but they might not.'
