Euro Stabilizes Near 1.1540 Amid Eurozone Services PMI Revision

Instruments

The Eurozone's Services PMI has been revised upward to 1.1540 against the U.S. dollar, with the final reading coming in at a higher figure than initially estimated.

The upward revision suggests that the economic momentum in the Eurozone may be stronger than thought, and this could give the European Central Bank room to keep interest rates higher for longer.

However, despite the positive data, the euro's gains were limited due to the broader divergence between the U.S. Federal Reserve and the ECB, with the Fed's higher interest rates keeping the dollar bid.

The 1.1540 level has emerged as a near-term pivot for EUR/USD, with support seen around 1.1500 and resistance near 1.1600.
