President Donald Trump is reportedly open to resuming peace negotiations with Tehran, boosting hopes that oil shipments from the Middle East could gradually return to normal. This has led to a sharp drop in oil prices, easing concerns over inflation and the interest rate outlook.
Investors will focus on Germany's Ifo Business Climate survey for July, which is expected to provide insights into the country's economic performance. Additionally, several major companies, including AstraZeneca, LVMH, Michelin, Saipem, and Italgas, are set to release their earnings reports.
In premarket trading, Euro Stoxx 50 futures climbed 0.8%, while Stoxx 600 futures advanced 0.6%.
