Eurozone Inflation Hits 3.3% in August
The Eurozone's annual inflation rate rose to 3.3% in August, according to the flash estimate from Eurostat.
This figure aligns with market expectations and marks an acceleration from July's 3.0% reading, signaling that price pressures remain persistent across the 20-nation bloc.
Core inflation, which excludes volatile energy, food, alcohol, and tobacco prices, remained elevated at 4.2% year-on-year, unchanged from July.
