The Federal Reserve Building in Downtown Nashville has been listed for sale at an asking price of $8 million. The building was acquired by Bill Miller, owner of The Johnny Cash Museum, in April 2018 for $4 million.
The listing comes as a reminder of the hotel concept that Miller floated in 2020, which envisioned a 16-story structure atop the existing building on Third Avenue.
