Federal Reserve Talks Rural Economies and Healthcare in Charleston
The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is bringing its District Dialogues Series to Charleston, West Virginia on August 11. The event will focus on strengthening rural economies through better healthcare and explore how health challenges impact the workforce and local economies in these communities.
Panelists from various organizations, including the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Vandalia Health, Southern West Virginia Health System, and the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, will discuss workforce development, community partnerships, and innovative strategies to improve health outcomes. The event is free and open to the public with both in-person and virtual attendance options available.
